How people feel is important. Feelings can range from ecstasy to negativity to outright anger. Most often people find it hardest to control negative feelings. It is not acceptable to lose your temper in business or social environments, nor is it healthy to keep anger and negativity locked inside and 'stew on it'. Making the wrong choices on how to deal with these feelings can be self destructive and threatening to others. Our coaching helps you cope with your feelings, reduce their negative effects and overcome any problems they create.
